First Serve – at Jake Gaither Community Center, Fourth Avenue Community Center, Grady Road Facility, - offering a free after-school program for inner-city kids age 5-18 that includes homework assistance, tutoring, and computer assistance with access to adult volunteer mentors, tutors, computers and the fun physical activity of tennis taught by USTA instructors.
